This monograph attempts to comprehensively address the legal aspects of e-commerce amidst the dynamic transformation of digital economy. The analyses conducted confirm that e-commerce is not a temporary phenomenon, but a permanent element of the market structure, whose regulation must evolve with technologi¬cal progress and social change. They constitute the foundation for the safe operation of every entrepreneur online, protecting both their interests and the rights of consumers using e-commerce platforms. Further research should focus in particular on the impact of artificial intelligence on e-commerce, as well as on mechanisms to ensure competitive balance amid the growing plat¬formisation of the economy.
